Our Community
There’s Always Something Going On
Home Fellowship
At various times and homes throughout the week we like to gather in small groups for fellowship, prayer and enjoyment of the word. Many find this to be the life-line in their Christian walk.
Young Peoples Fellowship
“But flee youthful lusts, and pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.” (2 Tim. 2:22)
Our youth ministry serves our junior high through high school students in the following ways:
Active, one-on-one spiritual shepherding and relationship-building
Prayer and Bible reading partners
Weekly small group gatherings with local college students and families throughout Oklahoma City
Semi-annual retreats and conferences with other students throughout Oklahoma
Annual summer Bible school with engaging Bible classes and fun activities
Our hope is that during their teenage years, each of our children would personally receive the Lord as his or her Savior, have a meaningful baptism experience, develop a taste for the living Word of God, learn how to contact God in spirit and truthfulness, be preserved and sanctified in their personal lives, be built with others into the church, and grow in the divine life of God.
Weekly young peoples meetings are on Saturdays at 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm held at various homes in the OKC metro.
College Age
"Let no one despise your youth, but be a pattern to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity." 1 Tim. 4:12
With each other as their spiritual companions, our college students love to read the Bible, sing hymns, pray, serve in the church, preach the gospel, and shepherd younger believers. If you are a college student in Oklahoma, chances are that we have brothers and sisters in school with you! Please visit site below for more details about specific campuses.
Children's Meeting
“But Jesus said, Allow the little children and do not prevent them from coming to Me, for of such is the kingdom of the heavens.” (Matthew 19:14)
Our children’s meeting (toddler-6th grade) takes as a starting point the realization that every child is a gift from God and has been created to contain God and express God. Our focus is to cultivate a proper humanity in each of our children. Our goal during this stage of their lives is that each of our children would have a soft heart that loves and honors God. Our weekly children’s lessons include age-appropriate curriculum consisting of Bible stories, timeless character lessons, fun children’s songs, and personal shepherding.
Children's meetings are held on Sundays 10 am to 12 pm at the meeting hall.
Sisters fellowship
About four times a year we join with the Oklahoma City metro churches for a time of fellowship regarding the importance of the sisters and their function in the church. Please check our events page for the current schedule.
